To combine the best European technology in indoor cycling with the best Australian coaches and service standards. We understand traditional gym spinning classes and knew that customers would get a better fitness experience by offering a bespoke timetable with more variety, fun and a local personal service that a big gym chain can not provide.
The first stage of that journey was the opening of the Balgowlah Heights studio in late 2013. A team of 8 remarkable people have joined us, sharing the same passion for excellence in all that we do. Combined experience of 100+ years in fitness services is here for you to select from. And since then we are already seeing our members travelling from as far as Palm Beach, Wahroonga and of course central Sydney!

Truth is that we don’t do spin! We know why its popular so we thought we should build upon its strengths and add more measurements of progress and the ability to train within your own zone, in a class environment.

We run motivating, fun, indoor cycle fitness classes for all levels on Wattbikes that give you a real road feel. By fully engaging all leg muscles (which a spin bike doesn’t) you will achieve Stronger Legs, and a fitter body (in less time) plus you burn more calories per class.
We were asked “can you do more than classes for us?” So we introduced Personal Training at affordable rates.

We do offer over 30 classes a week. We have created the programme by listening to our customers. The whole studio is designed to allow classes to run around lifestyles of our differing customers, busy mums (we even adjust to school opening hours and will change around holidays etc) Busy Dads (later classes for commuters) plus seniors and those that are new or returning to exercise.
We also run specialised Cycle Coaching classes for Cyclists that want to improve technique and performance to then take out on the road or track.
We also offer Holistic, Peaceful and relaxing therapy classes to enable hard working local people to unwind at times to suit them. Pilates, Yoga and other classes for those whom seek a therapeutic approach to wellness.
